The 13th annual Next Step Officiating Camp, run by Bruce Anderson and Steve Uno will once again be held at Mass Premier Courts in Foxboro in conjunction with an invitational Varsity High School tournament.

This year's dates are Sat. 7/26 - Sun. 7/27. We will once again have both 2-person and 3-person games.

The primary purpose of the 2-person is for newer officials to learn and develop their skills and improve in order to move up the ladder. If you are not yet doing high school varsity, then the 2-person camp is where you should be. The 3-person camp will be for those more experienced officials who want to learn or improve on their 3-person game in order to help them for the high school tournament or to move into the college ranks.

It is fine if you want to do both. As you can see from the flyer, we once again have an outstanding staff of observers. To make sure you have a spot reserved, please get your application in as soon as possible.

Repeat campers will get first preference if they desire to attend again. This is an outstanding tournament for you to show assignors what you are capable of.

Many officials have been added to assigners staffs, after being seen at this camp, including over 30 officials that are currently on the college staff. I personally added 8 from last year.
